The Training of facilitators workshop aimed to build the skills and capacities of individuals interested in facilitation, particularly for working with children and diverse communities, using ACT’s Ya Salam manual as a practical guide. Over three days, 25 participants from five Upper Egyptian governorates engaged in interactive sessions on facilitation roles, learning styles, child safeguarding, and working with different types of participants. A mix of theoretical discussions, hands-on activities, and practical facilitation exercises allowed participants to explore various facilitation approaches, reflect on their learning styles, and practice facilitating peacebuilding values-based activities.
